If you’re feeling a little lost in the land of pots and pans, let me be your guide. I’m Chef Marian, and for over four decades (yes, I started young—wink), I’ve been sharing tips on cooking, nutrition, and food & wine pairing. From local restaurant reviews to crafting recipes that impress, we’ll turn your kitchen struggles into culinary confidence! We call it Chef Marian Kitchen Confident on Instagram and Facebook!

It doesn’t matter if you are single, coupled or expanded into family. I’d like us to start making meals together that are easily repeatable and that are memorable!

Chef Marian Kitchen Confident Courses are on zoom, recorded and available to watch over and over when you purchase them. You can come into my portal at 8 in the morning or 2am, to learn how to cook eggs for example, and it will pull up for you every blog, every video EVERY time I’ve ever talked about eggs. Great info all in one place!

Courses are a work in progress. I create courses based on what you tell me you want to learn. So come partner with me to create what you need!

Plus, I’m funding No Face Goes Unfed, a passion project aimed at ending hunger in San Diego by supporting nonprofits like Kitchens for Good. When you invest in yourself, you’re helping others too!
