People have been asking me forever to create this. It is become obvious in our Foodies community that people want to save time, save money and eat better. And I have a lot to teach you about food, nutrition and food and wine pairing. For people in San Diego this includes extra live in person bonuses. And for you online, this includes free videos created that help you work through any issues connected to food and recommended Chefs nationwide.
This is the year we are doing an interview series called: “Chefs Across America” with Chef Marian where you get to hear from the best people creating food, and all Founding Members get early access and a discount for the accompanying Book. What is the Kitchen Confident Founding Membership?

We have created a framework with 4 steps to becoming Kitchen Confident. There are bonuses about cleaning out your pantry and fridge, so if your a Foodie who cooks very little, you can make it easier on yourself, those nights you do cook at home.
Be part of regular monthly Group Zoom Calls with time for Q & A and breakout rooms to discuss what’s new on the market, your favorite recipe, your favorite travels and the food you have eaten..We want you to share!
You and I start with a 20 minute phone call, to figure out what you would like to get from your monthly membership, to serve you better.
What else do you get?
What do you want to learn about creating meals that you, friends and family will crave? Those are good questions because maybe you might want to have a few friends over and show off some new skills.
Learning from each other, with everyone contributing what they know. And once we have enough stories about your experiences through this process, and pictures of the food you create, we will help you create either a Family Cookbook or … you and the recipe you create may be considered for inclusion in a Chef Marian Kitchen Confident Cookbook. That’s for my Foodies that cook. I’m also interested in including your stories and experiences, your recommendations for food and travel, in this book.
The second Elite Membership is for you, if you would like a deeper experience (more leadership skills less hand holding). This membership is for people in eat in, not out.

Founding Members will have advance access to sign up for events before the thousands of people that belong to either San Diego Foodies or Carlsbad Foodies on meetup. And classes will always go into the portal for those of you who prefer to watch online, at your own pace. My groups in San Diego will be invited to special events, like ‘A Night in Rome’, ‘Dining in Paris’ or ‘The Great American Hamburger’. We will have potlucks and themed parties.
