I have experienced the entire gamut of the water debate. I was working for someone, teaching cooking and he insisted on drinking tap water. To him I said: Tap Water? Bad idea! And I am 100% sure of that! But I did do my research, and hands on research to see what works for me. And I do hope that will be a help for you when deciding what to do for yourself!
I remember seeing a video where they measured the flouride in a bucket of water. Then a man stuck his hand in, up to his arm. And when they measured the flouride in the water after, there was none. That means when you shower all that fluoride goes into your system. Not good.
The International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology and has this to say: Fluoride is known to impact the cardiovascular, central nervous, digestive, endocrine, immune, integumentary, renal, respiratory, and skeletal systems, and exposure to fluoride has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and infertility…
So here’s my hands on experience with water…..
First, I was introduced to the concept of buying Kangen Water, which is PH Balanced. I think it was $2,000 – $3,000 for a system at your kitchen sink.
Then I attended an event and was able to buy a PH Balanced machine from a Doctor for only $500, but what they don’t tell you is you need to replace the filters, and that’s expensive.
Afterwards, I started drinking a combination of distilled water and Carlsbad Water, getting my minerals from time to time but always drinking PH Balanced water.
And here’s why: no matter where you live my research shows me there is fluoride, chlorine, chromium, lead and other toxic items in our water. These chemicals are known to cause cancer.
Spring water that you buy in plastic bottles usually contain BPA…. another wonderfully toxic item that can hurt you.
So when you hear someone locally say that tap water is just fine…. Please do a ‘heads up’ research for yourself and remember, you should be doing that anyway, no matter who is telling you, even me! lol
