Learn to make a Vegan Lasagna is a Class I teach. It’s fun. It’s easy. And you get to learn: Knife skills (cutting onions, carving carrots into flowers), recipes (you will get the recipe on www.chefmarian.com) and enjoy Chef’s Tips. These are small, widely known among chefs short cuts and concepts.

Which veggies do you caramelize or pre-cook? What do you let go in raw? Which vegan pasta sheets are the best to use? What vegetables marry well with other vegetables? How do you time everything? What do you prep in advance?

These are some of the questions we answer in class.

Bring with you ingredients from a recipe you would like to learn to make, or a recipe you use that you would like to re-create to be more flavorful or healthier.

You must bring all ingredients you need for that one dish. I may substitute in items from my kitchen, but please bring the basics!

If you are not sure, bring organic carrots, cabbage and Egg Roll Wrappers and I will teach you how to make Egg Rolls (when you make them at home, you can add pork, chicken, shrimp etc.) I will just teach you the basics of any meal (even what to add to Egg Rolls to make it a complete satisfying meal).
