Del Mar Fairgrounds Cooking Class

Chef-Marian-On-StageYesterday was my last day this summer to do my Del Mar Fairgrounds Cooking Class. This time, it was “Cancer Fighting Foods”.

I created a fun game at The Fair yesterday. I asked you (audience members) questions just to see how much you know about Cancer Fighting Foods, giving you ideas of what to cook if you’re vegan, or what to add as a side dish, to change up the meals you are serving/eating and make them help you prevent cancer.

We gave out prizes like Tix to The Belly Up (they have been a wonderful Chef Marian Sponsor by providing tix on a regular basis for people that win raffles at San Diego Foodies and Euro Lovers & Friends Events that I create) plus spices, scoopers, vanilla candles, and other unexpected gifts including a scarf from The Bali Boutique, Del Mar.

By the way, mad thanks to those of you who showed to my cooking class, from those groups!

So… here we go!
