This Sunday I am doing a Cooking Class in Encinitas. But it’s not ME that cooks. IT’S YOU! All you have to do is go to a website, introduce yourself and rsvp to an event on meetup.com/sandiegofoodies.
Once you’ve rsvp’d, I will call and talk with you about what you should make.
You bring the ingredients and you get ME as your ‘wing man’, instructing and helping you every time you think you might make a ‘mis-step’. At the end, I portion out the food we’ve made, and everyone gets to take home some of everything. (We use a FoodSaver, so the food lasts up to 2 weeks in your fridge).
You pay $40.00 for the instruction, but you get to take home at least $40.00 worth of food. Well, that’s a no brainer, right?
