I don’t know about you, but I’m getting pretty tired of people telling me to tell you 

  1. The 5 best ways to loose weight
  2. The 5 best vegetables to eat
  3. The 5 best recipes to create

I mean what is it with our attention span today? 5 Choices, then you loose interest? lol

They’ve even got me to give you my 5 Chef and Nutrition Tips in order for you to join my list of followers that get emails and information from me monthly.

And what’s that all about anyway? Must we always sell you something or is it our intention to make a difference?

Why thank you! I appreciate that! It’s probably because I am extremely passionate about Food and Nutrition. And just as passionate about pairing food and wine, knowing how to shop for fruits and veggies and preparing the best meal possible in the shortest amount of time. Or taking the time on a weekend to prepare the weeks’ food, and save it in a lasting way, so that all you have to do is pull out a bag and add a salad and you have a healthy, flavorful meal for just you, you and your mate, or you and the entire fam!

But what I don’t want to do is have you think there are 5 magical vegetables…. or fruits that are going to get you from where you are to where you want to be. 

There’s only 1 real tip you need. Start working with someone that holds you accountable. Use someone who knows how to make healthy food flavorful. 

Go for a healthier lifestyle. If you want to work with me? (and this offer extends to whatever state you live in). We can go step by step with personal videos directed solely at you, created solely for you…. that speak to you, and remind you about the conversations we have had by phone, remind you about healthy thinking, baby steps, forgiving yourself, doing my 3 bite rule (so that naughty becomes something you can live with)…. and more.

I mean, isn’t it really about telling yourself the same thing every day, until you actually believe it and act on it? And if you listen to videos I send you, and not even listening, your subconscious kicks in and things get through to you, even when you’re not really trying. How’s that for an easier way to learn? lol
